Rufina Patis Fish Sauce 325 mL is the Philippines’ time‑honoured patís—an amber‑gold, naturally fermented fish sauce made from scads, herrings, sardines and mackerel. Skimmed rather than pressed, it offers a clean, refined umami with a subtly mellow aroma.

Ideal as a table condiment or cooking staple, Rufina adds depth to soups, stews, adobo, sinigang, stir‑fries and marinades. Beloved for its balanced salty‑savory profile, it's often mixed with calamansi and chilis for dipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over $129 to North Island urban addresses. For orders under $129, a flat rate shipping fee applies:

  • $7.99 for North Island non-rural addresses
  • $10.99 for North Island rural addresses

For South Island deliveries, the following rates apply:

  • Urban addresses: $10.89 flat rate, or discounted to $7.89 for orders over $149
  • Rural addresses under 4kg: $14.89
