Processing & Dispatch Times
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 11 AM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
- Personalised or custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch times for these products will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We currently only ship within New Zealand.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@barrio.co.nz with your order number.
- If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the packaging and item within 2 days of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
