Mama Sita's Annatto Powder, also known as Achuete, is a traditional Filipino seasoning derived from the powdery coating of annatto seeds. This 10g packet imparts a mildly sweet, nutty flavour and a vibrant yellow-orange to red-orange hue to various dishes. Commonly used in Filipino cuisine to enhance the colour and taste of recipes like adobo, kare-kare, and sinigang.

We offer free shipping on orders over $129 to North Island urban addresses. For orders under $129, a flat rate shipping fee applies:
