Durian Cream
The cake base is the standard Fudgee Barr cake (wheat flour, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, soya flour, emulsifiers, leavening agents, preservatives, stabiliser), while the filling uses a durian-flavoured cream formulation similar to the other cream-filled variants.
