Suggested Application and Usage of Ferna Flavocol Ube:
For baked products, use 1–2% of the total weight of the ingredients.
For ice cream and other dairy applications, start at 0.50% of the total weight of the ingredients.
For beverages, use about 0.30% of the total weight of the ingredients.
For candy and confectionery, start at 0.50% of the total weight of the ingredients.
For fillings, start at 0.20–0.50% of the total weight of the ingredients.

We offer free shipping on orders over $129 to North Island urban addresses. For orders under $129, a flat rate shipping fee applies:
- $7.99 for North Island non-rural addresses
- $10.99 for North Island rural addresses
For South Island deliveries, the following rates apply:
- Urban addresses: $10.89 flat rate, or discounted to $7.89 for orders over $149
- Rural addresses under 4kg: $14.89
- Rural addresses over 4kg: $18.89
