Buenas Ginisang Bagoong is a savoury Filipino sauteed shrimp paste. It’s made from fermented tiny shrimp (alamang), then cooked with garlic, vinegar, corn oil, salt and sugar to bring a rich-umami flavour with a slight tang.
This jar makes it easy to add bold flavour to your meals. Use it in classic dishes like kare-kare and binagoongan, or try it with green mangoes or steamed rice. Store in a cool place and refrigerate after opening to keep it fresh.
